To ensure the best quality for your custom engraving, please adhere to the following requirements:

  • Image Format: Submit a high-quality JPEG file for optimal results.

  • Background: Choose an image with a less busy background to enhance the clarity of the engraving. A simpler background will allow the main subject to stand out beautifully.

  • Email Submission: Please email your image to us at lauren@petsofhonor.com after checkout. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line for reference.

We offer FREE shipping for all cutting boards, with delivery within two weeks after your submitted image is approved. Custom sizes or bulk orders may require additional time, and we'll provide an estimated delivery window upon request. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns:

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-engraved cutting boards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll gladly work to resolve the issue.
